To what benefit Beek? Having flexibility in your share structure is good for big opportunities down the road, every single Fortune 500 company, Nasdaq listed company etc, all have significantly more shares Authorized than Issued.

I suggest you call the company and raise your concern, we know they have been forthright and honest in the past when asked these types of questions.
