Work just kicked themselves in the arse Friday
Email came out from HR...new policies concerning PTO

we have had one floating holiday a year for all employees...
as of yesterday we no longer have it...instead they will add 8 hours a year that can be earned by those employed for 1-5 years
those 5 and over just lose it...Feb 9th I got my 5 years badged...fortunate for me I already used my floating Hol...I am asking for clarification.

Another thing...used to be if you had time accrued...and gave proper notice of leaving they would pay you those hours...no longer...once you give notice you can't take PTO during that time AND you lose all accrued..FIdiots...now peeps will use PTO...BEFORE giving notice
