For example, with the acquisition of Pioneer, you’re going to see a company (CLSK) with tiny/no Q4 earnings, go to having millions of dollars in high margin earnings in Q1, assuming they consolidate their financials quickly (which you can bet they are incentivized to do). Sell it down now, but this valuation ($4) is not where it will be in 90 days.
