My friend, it was the opposite. This isn't a one day thing. The company does over 150 million in revenues a year. However after speaking with management, they had 120 days from Dec to get things done. That is 4 months....DEC, Jan Feb and guess what....MARCH ;) The day started out with people doing market orders into the bids of which I was happy to collect LOL Then we went from 0035 low of day to add another 100% to 007 intraday then of course being a Friday(esp after a 600% run!) bid whacks eod but stayed solid at 005 range. Next week is going to be epic. I have a formal response from company that they are in fact merged and done. They are doing all the corporate gov and SEC filings for listing and name change. World financial holds 10 million preferred shares and is helping them get listed through the otc. There were requirements that had to be met.


Company response:

Nanjing Kejie Analysis Instrument Co., LTD. engaged WFHG in a cooperation agreement. The company is a professional high-tech enterprise analysis instrument and acquired King Resources Inc. currently quoted on OTC Markets under KRFG. The company has applied with FINRA and is in the process of requesting a name/symbol change.
