Well they're promise of $1 per share. Was an example. They could basically pay whatever they wanted to. But I don't think John bush has been going through all this to screw the people that supported him 15 years ago. You have to take John Bush at his word. As far as being forced to sell I don't see what stocks in a private company would be worth unless they were paying a dividend.
