Uhhh…this has already been explained.

Technical Analysis, market caps, historical data and fluctuating PPS, combined with many potential Forward Looking Events clearly demonstrate the potential ELTP upside.

What we don’t see is any justification for the ridiculous claim that everyone (the market) has confirmed an appropriate PPS share of .02 and a public valuation of just $16M.
