The company was formed in August 2018 in FL. They really sound like a company that has $500,000 laying around to give someone as advance. In addition, he mentioned that Waldron requested a payment on Dec 2nd to commence manufacturing, while it never states that the monies exchanged hands, form of payment, and when the payment happened.

Also, why would this lawsuit mention Waldron’s law representatives? Does it matter who represents Waldron? Could he not hire anyone to represent him in this case once he finds out he is sued?

Fake as it gets.
