It means their registered agent in Nevada quit. Usually it is because the company is defunct, there is no management, and the agent's contract (and fees) have run out.

It confirms the Company is dead, dead, dead. The Company has already been revoked by the State of Nevada, which means they cannot legally conduct business. And with the resignation of the agent, there is no current way to correct their delinquency.
