Their 'offices' have always been in Scott Sands home down the road in Rough and Ready Ca. He got a permanent SEC bar from being involved with another penny stock...but it didn't stop him from being 'behind the curtain' of SIML and FBEC LOL.

This is such an obvious scam...don't expect it to last very long. Even the naive and ignorant are wising up to this type of crap.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
