It’s my belief that the ticker change will happen under ADTM’s shell. It’s always cheaper to go public via a RM than through an IPO—by hundreds of thousands of dollars. So ADTM and Plutus have been the perfect couple all along, just a matter of timing.

But to say “ADTM did not buy equity in PlutusX” can still be true as it’s all legalese word games
