Mr. James C Vowler has found an out on paying $495,000 on the note to CREDO VENTURES LLC.
The LLC was formed in 2015 and the note was signed in 2015.
Sandra Dorian loaned the money to CREDO VENTURES LLC.
Kevin Serrano was the ONLY member/manager of the LLC at the time of the loan.
Mr. James C Vowler ( NOT UPZS ) and Sandra Dorian were added as members/managers to CREDO VENTURES LLC on 11/20/2017.
SO UPZS HAS NEVER had a 50/50 interest in the "TAP HOUSE SPORTS GRILL".
What will that do to the last 4 years of UPZS financials????
