They probably won't get the second extension. The reason is because of the RS that happened in Sept 2018. Not even 3 months before share price dropped below the minimum bid price. If it's not up by july, you can be guaranteed another RS. So expect more dilution so they have shares to do a RS. I expect them to get to 100 million shares, then do a 10/1. JMO.
