Bullish or Foolish? 8-K says shares issued will rise to 170m from 95 million. Thought they would do R/S first.

So does that mean the maximum dilution is say 80m shares at .30 a share? Not say, 75 million after a 1:10 reverse split which would potentially really mean 750m shares at .30?

If that is the case, then ADXS has only about $22 million (after I-bank fees) to tap to fund the company.

Which is maybe 6 months capital at this time.

That is either bullish (won't need more) or very foolish.
