Due to EMA court filing error the case has been tossed unless and until EMA resubmits something k Honolulu and here's a recent email from Greg Rotman on the EMA subject too glty>>>

At present the EMA lawsuit seems stalled given the wrong filing they sent into the court. We are not concerned about EMA’s claims. From our perspective the note and interest have been paid in full. It is also our contention EMA is over converted and we believe the company has claims to pursue in a number of areas. I can’t go into further details about pending litigation but the company and its professionals are confident in our position.
