Friends,

Attached are pictures of 1000 pages of Corrections and maps requested by the Environmental Agency (CAR). We've addressed all 26 items they requested done to the letter of the new regulations. We even added a 4 Liter/second water use from the local creek for our in mining, housing, etc. If you read the attached official notification from the CAR, they have 30 days to either approve or deny the environmental license. We had 30 days from the official notification date of Jan. 10, but we requested an additional 30 days. The regulations changed last year so we basically had to do a complete redo.

My plan is to file today, once I make the final $ 800 payment to the engineers to release the digital copies of their work which is required, we have possession of the physical copy.

To be clear, we already have...

1. Ownership of mining title, ILE-09551, with access other titles
2. Land ownership of surface where mining will begin
3. Approved Work Plan from National Mining Agency for Coal and Building Materials (rocks)
4. Approved Environmental Management Plan (PMA)
5. Ownership of Crusher needed to process aggregates for added value to rocks
6. Major road projects within 3 km of our site that need our material.
7. These road projects added value not only to our land but also tremendously improves our ability to move coal and material using these roads.
8. Revised Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) ready to be filed with Environmental Agency (CAR) done by qualified engineers that should lead to a approved Environmental License within the next 30-60 days.
9. Many interested parties in our high quality metallurgical coal, we can pick and choose our best option once we're fully licensed.
10. L.O.I. for 50,000 tonnes/month from qualified buyer in Hong Kong (attached). I'm in regular contact with them, they can help us with financing to get into production once this final Environmental License is approved.
You may not realize but this is a lot, even though it's been a long road. Once I get the digital copies of the work done, I'll send so you can see all the cartography, etc.

The accountants have handed off work to the auditors which should have 2017 and 2018 completed in a very short period of time. We're finally getting close to audits plus permit which assures our success. I'm also traveling to New York next week to hopefully close a deal for Sannabis to trade on a major exchange. This alone should add tremendous value to NCR, couple that with aggregate and coal mining and we'll start much better than where we left off.
Sannabis is building out greenhouses in anticipation of our licenses, however even started making products, using imported oil, to begin invoicing ASAP.

Thanks,
John
