Ok, I may be missing something. If I lent this company 100k for a promissory note that was convertible at .001 or 100 million shares and I elect to convert and sell my 100 million shares at .0001, aren’t I losing 90k? What am I missing and why would a lender be so desperate to sell unless they knew this company was going out of business? What am I missing?
