Most investors would like audited financials. I try not to deflect from the topic of a post regarding DECN, only a couple people do that. LOL

But, when investing in DECN or other stocks most investors don't expect 3rd grade math errors in financials like DECN constantly does. They expect if a company represents it is uplisting that it will. However, Bozo berman knew he could not uplist and that is why he tried to merge with sub penny companies.
