Did you read Friday's PR issued by WNDXQ. Anyway, Investors only lose money when a company goes bankrupt, but not when a reorganization plan has been approved by a court. Look at the 8K. And no, all the creditors at K-mart were compensated, but at different terms. The shareholders who lost money are the ones that sold their shares when they announced the bankruptcy and were selling on a downward trend. Same thing happened to WNDXQ, the ones that lost money were those who were in it 20 months ago when they announced that they were filling. However, it would be smart to pick WNDXQ now because it's like it has just hit a confirmed bottom. Just like the smart ones who bought Kmart at $2 and rode it all the way to $134. All stocks that have a reorganization approved by a judge have always re-established themselves at almost the previous levels they were in prior to the announcement, (Just like the IICP you are in), and some more gains beyond their previous levels. I think IICP will hit $1 pretty soon and I also think WNDXQ will hit $15 IMO. Besides, WNDXQ had been generating $7billion per year. The closest competitor to WNDXQ is WFMI and is now trading at $48 and its revenues is only $4billion compared to WNDXQ $7Billion. With all things being equal, don't you think WNDXQ should be trading above WFMI after the reorg is completed and the company is back in action? http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/filings.jsp?symbol=WNDXQ here's the best place to do your DD converning the reorg + incorporate the most recent PRs. IICP's reorg plan was to enter in a R/M (Which was a smart move). WNDXQ reorg plan is obtain additional financing (which they did), and to restructure the entire operations using new styles of management, product base, etc. It is all in the reorg plan. Both IICP and WNDXQ are good stocks, shortterm and longterm IMO.
