IF so you would think www.Acordy.com would have more about the merger then a small tab link on their web site with a mere generic info about CDB.

No mention of what merger details even exists .. WHY?? What does MGON own and what did they give to merge in Acordy? WHY is Ottens CEO of Acordy?
Why would Acordy add 200,000,000 common shareholders to their company?


Ottens didn't tweet a picture of his trip/ meeting with Baez in Spain..WHY?
No pics of anything, sorry fake bottle of CBD that isn't sold anywhere?


Now they hide behind "legal issues" BS as another OTC delay tactic.

They sneak in a stock split but only leak that its not a R/S ? BUT they are maxed out common authorized, so company needs to do something...what did they give Acordy in merger deal...promises ?

WHY would a successful company choose a hijacked pubco to merge into??
