If any entity (Even PepsiCo!) bought all 19,707,121,644 outstanding shares of APRU for $100 million, then it would pay $0.005 for each share.

If you want to be "exact": $0.005074307745517 / share.

So apparently your best case buyout scenario has today's shareholders taking a 50% loss.

If they buy for 100million the price doesn’t just reflect that but also who owns it. No stocks actually trade at exact value that a company makes. P/E. If Pepsi bought this for 100million your saying that it’s would only stay at .12. I doubt that. I’m not hear to argue or anything, I like this stock and think it definitely has room to grow
