Welcome to the board! NCAP has been on many people’s radar for a very long time. A combination of news along with the float being locked up by longs l has led to the recent increase in volume and price. The float here is tiny compared to most penny stocks. The company has entered into a CBD product distribution program. There is about 4 million dollars in debt on the balance sheets. This company is fully reporting otc pink that may become otc QB soon. This story is just starting to develop. The board is relatively quiet for now and not a lot of people know about NCAP but that’s changing by the day. Realistically this can go to .05-.12+ in the next 6 months. If the company delivers it could even go as high as $1+
