Agreed. This is one of the most promising 2 cent stocks around, I think, but just not before the year is out. If Bob is able to secure a good deal with a well-known Chinese steel maker in December, then the pop could happen sooner. I suspect, though, that since Bob is small, the Chinese partners would be relatively small and unknown as well. So while a deal with a small Chinese partner would help support the bottom, I think it might take an actual shipment to get this stock moving.

It's great if you can get in at under .02, but patience is still in order.
