AS increase is not an OS increase.

There is a possibility that the increase AS is for financing in relation to the merger/acquisition deal with the Chinese company mentioned a few weeks back.

Numerous companies have done this on the OTC in the past 2-3 weeks and most all have made substantial increases in SP.

LFA$, VRU$, just to name a couple.

We shall see what the next PR will be. I'm thinking the deal goes through with the Chinese Co.
