And I have emails from Flagship. That was a real letter. Did not guarantee funding it had contingencies. Moving on have you never bought a house? You can write offers all day long ,buyer can except but the contingencies need to be met. In this case Toron could not secure funding thus defaulting on the offer to purchase.
