In business a 2 party deal may mean you have finished your agreement on your end. But alot of times as an oem you signed a non compete agreement along with non disclosures because the seller who purchases the product as a private label plans on releasing said products as their own with their own labels and not the sellers. So bottom line if thats in the agreement onci hands are tied. It is done all the time.
