First time poster; So, if Apple has to pay VHC the $400 million settlement. What happens?
1) VHC gets a huge cash windfall
2) Apple buys VHC for it's technology and gets it's cash back?
3) Bluesky, VHC stock goes viral and gets snatched up for $30 per share?
4) What does a small company like VHC do with $400 million?
