What is up with all the hype on this stock? Can someone please explain to me why everyone thinks this is going to over a penny when every time it nears mid 70's holders get out of their overbought position?

There is no demand for most investors holding shares to stay in past levels over .007 and the ask constantly tanks back into the .006 from there.

1.5 billion shares outstanding, 1 10 million dollar contract, and the most investors feel this company is worth is $11.7M dollars. I want to make money like the rest of you, but the chart doesn't lie, and the cycle has a pattern.

Leg up over a penny to a value of $15,000,000.00??? What's the catalyst to get us there?
