D&S Resources business license is REVOKED by Nevada Secretary of State. For some reason, D and S Resources is listed on Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) paperwork as the operator instead of Osceola Gold. What is the need to list another company as operator when stock is sold under Osceola Gold Inc ? What exactly does Osceola Gold Inc. do?

Facts are facts. Osceola Gold Inc. and D and S Resources business licenses are both REVOKED by Nevada Secretary of State.
