#3 The recent dilution is necessary to fund the very expensive fight VPLM is waging to prosecute its patents. Emil has an anti-dilution clause, which I am in favor of. AND, EMIL'S DEALINGS ARE LEGAL!!!

If I don't like the current dilution/situation with VPLM, it is my option to sell! I am not selling!

Everything here is MY OPINION! I am making NO buy or sell recommendations here! DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE!
