I also think that MMs are hoarding SFNN shares. I had a big order at .022 when the PPS was at .02 and ask at 0.022. Only half of my order was filled. It's all good. Atleast it confirmed to me that the shares are tight and MMs are not willing to trade this at a lower price. Atleast I have a good chunk but not as much as I wanted. Big week coming up IMO. I sold my PLYCF and added more on this one as well as WNDXQ which is coming out of bankruptcy. IICP also come out of bankruptcy a few weeks ago and it now trading in hew highs.
