I watched the update video. Positive news. Sounds like Benny is back to basics and making progress.

Stock is being relisted soon. REDG made a deal with the SEC. If they volunteered to delist the stock, they do not need to get current on all oustanding reports. REDG just has to do 2017 and 2018 and submit. SEC will relist 60 days later. Lawyer, auditor, and CPA have been hired.
A new creator and artist has joined REDG. Jamie Tyndall.
They are building a universe for Absolute Comics. Any comic that doesn't fit Absolute will be under the Red Giant label.
Absolute is 100% owned by REDG.
New creators are joining the team. 2-3 new titles from the Absolute universe will be out this year.

Kickstarter#1 has been received by many who pledged and is in stores.
The initial issue of White Widow outsold the initial issue of The Walking Dead.
Issue 2 of White Widow has outsold issue 1 retail.
Retail sales are even higher from retail stores for both issue 1 and 2. No numbers given.
The money being made is going to develop new projects and pay outstanding debts from a past "hiccup".....
REDG has never been about making money and running away. We have gone through hard times but we are on the right track and better than we could have been expected.

My opinion...
As always, when it's finally done, you can't say REDG makes cheap junk. The comics and foils he showed look amazing. High quality. If he had only delivered previously........
We will see. I would like to see it relisted and have a second chance than take a major loss.
