The LPPI shell is not in bad shape...it should not go to the grays...the 1.2 billion added to the share structure is not showing up as todays dilution....in fact it might have been done to attract potential shell buyers...who knows what the ole boy is up too...there will be a day when this does something...I don't see why the ole boy just don't sell the shell or put a whole new merger into it himself...it is obvious that he isn't serious about Leep panels IMO.
