There is no law suit. The whole motion was denied.

All this talk about a law suit. That date of march 15th is over I believe. I have not seen a new motion filed as of today.

When a motion is rejected for any reason, they need to refile the motion and get a new court date. EMA might have filed it wrong on purpose and have no intentions on refiling or pursuing.

VYST might file a suit against EMA now which would be a whole new court date.

If EMA does file a new motion, at the first hearing VYST will counter motion either before or during, or ask for more time. If there is an emergency order in favor of EMA, it will only be temporary order until more hearings and then a final judgement.

At this point, there is no case and no court date, unless I missed it and someone corrects me here.

Also, stated here by others that talked to Greg, it sounds as if, EMA was doing bad things with converting shares. That's why I'm thinking EMA might not ever refile that dead case.

Motion was dead on arrival. I repeat there is no current law suit pending. Nothing, until we here of a refileing by either VYST OR EMA
