some after hour trades at 7.85 too

There has been quite a bit of buy support in the face of what was some relentless small lot sells over the last week or two. Someone keeps pushing it down and someone else is happy to absorb those shares.

The speed at which it moves suggests an announcement on the navy contract could double it in a day pretty easily. They have my blessing to announce something anytime. Ideally yesterday would be best but I think we should see a completion announcement on DAVD soon. They were going to be done well ahead of July and its almost March. I have to think "well ahead" would mean something like April at latest.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
