I just don’t understand why this company has gone an entire month without any press releases. You complete the work to Reverse merge into a shell and even clean it up to change symbols.. and then decide to go quiet and put a stranglehold on all momentum we had???

My other question is- why is there no auditor/accountant listed on any of the officer/director disclosure forms that have been filed? Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure the 10-k needs to include audited financials. Does that mean we’re not going to get a 10-k filed?

There is Zero excitement here and that Is disappointing for a stock with a low float , net profits-and no convertible debt on the books.

I had completely written of sntl for many years so what’s waiting a couple more years for SPSO to grow and evolve.
