MAXM owns close to 50% of this company,,,,,they have the largest vote by far the anyone else,,,,before anything can be changed [ shares,,,acquisitions ] Maxm has to give their approval,,,,and they are given the nomination of two board members that will keep MAXM up to date on anything going forward,,,,.

MAXM is in this thing to make money folks,,,,nothing else makes any sense,,,,they are not going to settle for their shares to be worth pennies,,,,they are wanting dollars,,,or they would not be owners of that large share amount,,,,
