From my understanding the debt was taken care of after the roll off of nurses lounge thru dilution at that time. Once that was cleared we have had no further dilution since then. The new investors who are coming in were agreeing to take over some of the existings notes at better terms to make this capable of moving north out of where we r now. We were heading forward til retail stepped in. Nothing has changed. Still solid co with audited financials just the people who are now playing the game. Would be nice if they cancelled the RS here. This would go insane.
