Diplomat -19% on delaying 10-K filing

Diplomat Pharmacy (NYSE:DPLO) has postponed the release of its Q4 and FY 2018 financial results to March 15.

The Company expects to file its Form 10-K soon afterwards.

The reason for delay is that Diplomat needs to record a non-cash impairment charge related to its PBM business.

The company expects to provide an updated 2019 outlook when it reports Q4 results.

Shares are down 19% premarket.
