You're mixing the R&R CC and the Q3 CC as if it's one CC. The first part you cite very incompletely comes from R&R CC, the second half comes from Q3.
Also the disease Phil Young is referring to is not Newman's but Noonan's and that's very clear to my ears. Also: nowhere in the R&R CC there is any form of unintelligibility and I have now listened the R&R CC repeatedly.

I would strongly advise you to relisten the R&R CC since it's to be still available for more than a month. If you persistently encounter difficulties in intelligibility I would be most happy to provide you with a transcript which can be compared quite easily to the presentation of Phil Young at R&R.
