This is BMXI, this was the merger that brought in the Indonesian mining firm and why they have the revenues they do and the profits that have shown in previous quarters, it was done in January of last year.

But since they want to be audited they need to have pro forma audited financials for the acquired entity for 2017 and 2018, so they need to have the numbers audited for results prior to being acquired which will take a little more time as they were not preparing quarterly disclosure statements as they did in 2018 with OTC markets.
