The only development is there's a storm coming for him after what he did to Box Ships and Paragon. I'm sure both the SEC and SDNY are going to be very interested. Both $100MM IPO's with similar outcomes along with self-dealing and internal (non-disclosed payments) to his privately held entities. His self dealing cost shareholders in the $10's of millions of dollars while his privately held company Allseas Marine (http://www.allseas.gr/) flourishes with ships that should have been destined to provide for shareholders...
