The following is pure speculation based on my previous series of serious mistakes in the stock market : :)

IMHO the OTC market is like High School where 99% fail to graduate but dont care and remain seniors to pick on the new sophomores .

CEO's like WW, Conway and Peterson get surrounded by bad influences (toxic financiers) and learn to love their status as

"The Fonz"............

I have noticed over the years.......the companies that prosper and grow are run by CEO's that did not remain in such an environment. They went to college and surrounded themselves with a new group of talented individuals that had drive and wanted to improve our world we live in .

LIBE's CEO is turning the reins over ( control of LIBE ) to a new CEO and staff......... IMHO

We don't know who........but I suspect Janelle Squires or Tony Squires will be there.... I am impressed with what I learned about them and think maybe Cigawatt will be that slim 1% that makes it out of the OTC and gets listed and prospers........

Reverse Splits are horrible and OUR experience with SGBY / EVIO will help control our emotions with LIBE IMHO.

Pure delusion on my part :

Once LIBE becomes Cigawatt they will do a reverse split and I accept that and will HOLD if their foundation and focus is valid.

I project (serious bull..sheet here) a 2000 to one split at .002 which puts the share price at 4.00 a share and allows uplisting to Nasdaq. Even if the sheet hits the fan Amex will work at 2.00 a share.....

Whatever happens we have to leave "The Fonz" and crew to grow and mature.

Its a long and boring road to successville as a sharehholder....IMHO

In the past I got free shares of a penny stock GSCP that took seven years to make it on the AMEX as GSP......

So as a hedge I have learned to buy millions of risky stocks in hopes of selling half (removing my risk) and then let it ride if the company has the right foundation and focus.

Enjoy the ride........

No one should buy or sell any stock based on my delusional thoughts.
