I am surprise that they replied me, I had to write in Chinese to communicate with them. They say the deal is still alive but QMC has to give up its IP to gain Chinese government's US$21 million investment in QMC ASIA (QMA), without that kind of funding, QMA will not come into being. Its not fair that foreign companies just come to China and take their profit home without giving back something of equal value to China.
