Thanks for the further research. It does seem to imply that question is not particularly critical if left blank. I will still probably ponder the decision, although I am leaning towards standing pat since I had no expectation for a great 10Q anyway. This open season will be critical and hopefully a year from now MDF can pass the break-even point and all shareholders will be rewarded.
