The answer to your question is no not personally. Do we know Alex is looking for another shell for a oil deal. The answer is yes. Do we know Byron has one CBD store open and planing to open another one. The answer is yes..This is fact. As for Alex background..We only know what’ some unhappy Houston investors have posted that’s public. Do we beleave Alex and Byron do not know how to manage a public company. The answer is yes.
Alex has not acted in the best interest of ZNGY shareholders. IMO he’s enriched his pockets with bad deals and bad decisions. I hope that answers your question.As a long investor, it’s understandable you like a few others still beleave Alex cares about the shareholders. IMO he treated Zngy like his piggy bank. EOM
