If we even just get to human trials, this stock will be worth the equivalent of at least $1.50 pre-split, or $12.00 post-split in share price.

If it prevails in human trials, then it will shoot up to the equivalent of at least $20.00 pre-split, or $160.00 post-split in share price.

Who doesn't want to hold for that scenario, or at least the first scenario above? Why sell now?
