I suspect David Yuengling will def be a director and hold a big position, he may even end up CEO after he learns the ropes of the public side. Time will tell.
Could even end up an exit deal where Everett through CZ makes a $3mm investment there, then steps aside on ARSN, David becomes CEO and CZ has a large stake.
