I think we'll see plenty of fireworks. That stop sign has a nice warning about trading with insider information. Not sure Garnock can be buying commons until we are brought up to speed, and surely not before filings are current.

I have never seen them file without an update and this one should be a big one.

They have said the first M/A will come very quickly after recap, which was estimated to have happen today. It should definitely be this week.

With the exception of the 10-k there is a penalty of 2% of the outstanding balance for not staying current so the quarterly will most likely be on time, that's the 15th. That will reflect part of the million a month order that started in November.

Bad time to sell here IMO. To much coming, and it could drop any day.
