So what about the financials for the year 2017 and 2018, which has nothing to do with this new acquisition?

It was already announced in the PR that 2017-2018 will be released.

Are we supposed to believe that the delay for those financials is due to the Grandex deal?What about he financials for 2017 and 2018?

I don't care what 'we' believe. In order for the company to be current, the financials have to be updated. That would include Q1 2019 (unaudited) at this point, and yes, Grandex would have to be included since the acquisition went through. Common sense should dictate that the reason for the delay is Grandex.

What is it with these dumb questions anyway?
