Basically, GHC = LVVV, a wholly owned subsidiary of LVVV. A wholly owned subsidiary is a company that is completely owned by another company. The company that owns the subsidiary is called the parent company or holding company. It is common and also helps with Risk as well to LVVV.. Amazon for example has tons of them..
